As a former professional ballet dancer trained at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School, I have a deep understanding of the balance between performance, recovery, and longevity. Since 2018, I have been designing personalized programs for dancers, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts, including work with the Polish National Ballet and Polish National Ballet Juniors.
