I’m a certified personal trainer, conditioning coach, and nutritionist with a professional background in ballet, and over 15 years of experience in high-level performance and fitness.

Originally from Austria and now based in Poland, I trained at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School and danced internationally with companies such as Leipzig Ballet, the National Ballet of Brno, and the Polish National Ballet.
Through this journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the connection between strength, control, and longevity—and how essential it is to care for your body, no matter your level. Since 2018, I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds, including dancers looking to return from injury or build strength without compromising mobility and artistry, as well as athletes aiming to improve their conditioning, resilience, and sport-specific performance.
